Publishing and Retirement

I can tell you this book being published couldn't have come at a better time. I am pretty much my own promoter, so I am busy going to libraries and bookstores. I find it thrilling, to interact with people, and learn a new way of building a career. I am amazed at how much I've grown and become confident.

I look at others struggling, my sons, my daughter, my grandchildren, and my friends and I realize they will make it. I don't have to change them. I don't have to fix them. I don't have anxiety anymore over their futures. They'll make it in their own time, in their own way.

I experienced the worst possible childhood anyone could imagine, and I made it. You can too.
