Funny how life turns around. In my teen years, I hated school. What teenager doesn't? But I had a desire to learn and wanted to go back and pursue my dreams later in life. I finished business school which got me into a career I was able to build and grow in. But still, that desire to grow and be more was ever present in my soul.

So, I went back to school and finished a degree in Psychology. I continued to move up in my career, so changing to another direction seemed counterproductive. I was making a lot of money and living a comfortable life, so why change? But oh, how I needed a change. Not even realizing how burnt out I had become; my temperament was showing it.

So here I am, retired at 65 and going back to school. I circled right back around and I'm very excited about that. It's like my life is just beginning and I'm doing what I really love. God has brought me through this journey, as hard as it was, with health and happiness. Thank you.
